And a huge fountain on a small lot will dwarf the size of the property,” he said. “Take note of your plot size before falling in love with the wrong waterfall.”

In this episode of HGTV’s Curb Appeal, my team dramatically changed the appearance this North Bay home by enhancing the driveway, adding the hillside pavilion. Changing the house colors and enhancing the window trim with cast stone elements. The clients home went from dull to dramatic.
